This week placed a heavy emphasis on skincare launches, with offerings from Paula’s Choice, Augustinus Bader, and Lancer Skincare. Hoping to make flying a stress-free experience, 100mL, a brand providing flight-approved beauty products, has launched just in time for holiday journeys back home. Beer brand Coors Light has released a color-changing nail polish that alternates with drink temperature, and Molton Brown is exploring the luxury of physical touch through their new Christmas collection. Here’s what else happened across the industry in the past seven days:RETAILHumanrace: The brand hits the UK with an exclusive launch at Selfridges. The skincare and bodycare brand founded by Pharrell Williams in 2020 doesn’t differentiate by race or gender—they are creating products for humans, who are all born with the same skin. The products are designed to be refillable whenever possible.Vella Bioscience: The sexual wellness company has launched in over 200 Boots stores across the UK. Chief Executive Officer Nial DeMena has had his sights on global expansion since the brand’s launch last year, with Boots being a key aspirational partner. Customers can now purchase the brand's hero products, such as the Women’s Pleasure Serum, both online and in-store.Petite ’n Pretty: The kid-safe makeup brand has launched nationwide at Ulta Beauty, on the retailer’s website, and in its physical retail outlets.
